What is Personal Best?
Personal Best is for Brent residents who are not in work or education, but would like to gain opportunities to volunteer in their community and at the same time improve their skills and chances of getting a job.
Joining the Personal Best Programme is giving an individual the opportunity to learn new skills, gain a qualification and get support looking for work.
If a participant successfully completes the programme, they will get a guaranteed interview to become a London 2012 volunteer.

As well as offering a Level 1 qualification, Personal Best will help build an individuals confidence and give them self esteem through volunteering at a local level. Thus, for those who are not job ready, this programme will help boost their confidence and get them a little closer to the labour market. Additionally, this programme will help them access further volunteering, training and employment opportunities.
