Brent In2 Work works in partnership with over 40 local employment organisations and providers to place local people into local jobs. Between them these partners offer a wide range of services to help local unemployed residents make the transition from welfare into work.
We aspire to engender a relationship of true co-operation within our partnership, ensuring that employers and unemployed people access the services of the whole partnership through a single point of contact with any one of the partners.

The report attached below, outlines changes to the future role of the council in the local employment agenda and the impact of the significant reduction of available resource for the Brent in2 Work programme from April 2010, due to changes to the commissioning practices by the government and the London Development Agency (LDA).
